My favourite quarantivity! 🏋🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️
Everyone is looking for something to do during the lockdown to keep sane. For me, the answer to my sanity is always exercise!
Today, I did an online personal training session (for the very first time in my life) with @kevinkhaandor!
I really enjoyed it because;
1) I got to see Kevin’s face and catch up with him after 3 weeks. He’s bald now and claimed that he was going to replace Vin Diesel for the next Fast and Furious movie 🤣
2) I miss the feeling of being tortured by Kevin! He wanted me to do 100x lunges today but I managed to negotiate it to half the amount of the reps! You can DM me if you’d like to know more about my art of negotiation 😉
3) I had Kevin there (virtually) to make sure that I got all the routines right and not ending up hurting myself due to incorrect postures!
4) While working out alone can be a completely great way to focus on yourself, I always prefer to have someone next to me to encourage and motivate me when I start to lose momentum. I’m glad that Kevin is always giving me the right push!
5) I had a really bad muscle cramp in my leg in between sets and Kevin was ‘there’ to tell me exactly what I needed to do to soothe the aches!
6) Notice I keep repeating Kevin’s name? Well, he’s just a really great trainer and i think it would be nice to give credit where credit is due 😊
